CANCELLATION POLICY

Please note that you have a 15-minute grace period, after which you will incur a $15 late fee. If 20 minutes passes, your appointment will be canceled, and you will be charged a 30% no-show fee. In the event of unexpected circumstances, please communicate with me so that we can work together to resolve the issue. Kindly note that there may be appointments scheduled after yours, so please be mindful of their time as well. I do not work over another technicians work. If you arrive at your appointment with nails that have been previously done, you can either schedule a soak off, reschedule your appointment for a later date when your nails are bare, or cancel the appointment. I do not provide services to damaged nails. If your nails are damaged, your appointment will be canceled. I accept cash or debit/credit cards only. “Tap to Pay” is available. When using your card, a 3.5% surcharge will be added to your service. Gift cards are available to purchase at any time.
